Six theorems.
concavity
The vacuum's energy E₀ = ½Tr√K is concave in its couplings (Löwner). A classical vacuum cannot price anything — only state geometry can. Verified to 4×10⁻⁹.
dichotomy
In flux-conservation media with positive quadratic cost, attraction and a linear long-range clock response exclude each other. Read forward: the conserved sector cannot be gravity. Read again: its clock-invisibility is electromagnetic gauge invariance — the theorem was the sector introducing itself. 1D witness: 3×10⁻¹⁵.
gradient
Gradient-coupled monitors give classical drift rates that see only ∇²Φ — tides, never the potential. Exact (0.00%). The proof that redshift needed ħ.
passivity
Within the model family: every positive-frequency (thermal) bath induces repulsion; attraction requires an inverted monitored sector — an active vacuum. The sign of gravity is owned by non-equilibrium.
photon masslessness
The Gauss-sector zero mode is exact at every regulator (10⁻³² measured): the audited sector's collective mode is massless by conservation law — the mγ < 10⁻¹⁸ eV bound passed structurally, converting "light is the Gauss mode" into a requirement.
charge ≤ mass
Consumption is non-negative, so a pattern's parity imbalance cannot exceed its total: |q| ≤ m in substrate units. No massless charged particle can exist; the electron, saturating the bound, is the extremal dressing.

the gravitational trio
Attraction + GR sign pairing + linear universal redshift, together in the active branch; the redshift residual shrinks as 1/N (2.32% → 0.19%, N = 12 → 96): converging to exact. Inertia = the gap-weighted information metric, scaling k⁻⁵ᐟ² verified to 9×10⁻⁷ and independently re-derived under hostile review.

β = ½ exact in the linear theory (F² response zero to machine); the perihelion demands a stiffening anharmonicity (ξ > 0, geometry-robust); the pump bill ΔP = +232·ξ² — positive, even in ξ, branch-independent, by exact second-order perturbation theory around the measured Gaussian zero.

gravity was never classical
Its price is quantum (concavity), its clocks are quantum (ω = E/ħ), its currency is quantum (V = ħγC). "Quantum gravity" is a pleonasm; the classical world inherits only tides.
the equivalence principle is asymmetric
Force-EP may break in principle; clock-EP structurally cannot (the rate sector is sign-rigid). Any future EP violation will be an acceleration anomaly, never a clock anomaly.
matter vs radiation is rectified vs oscillating
Matter = non-negative consumption (hence |q| ≤ m); radiation = signed oscillation (hence energy without mass or charge). The photon's exemption is structural.
the Planck scale is composite
MPl = manchor·√(Q/α) — verified. The Planck length is not the lattice spacing: two UV scales, different origins, against a near-universal assumption of quantum gravity.
dark matter cannot be faked — so it is predicted
Three replacement attempts die against Tully–Fisher, the Bullet cluster and the third acoustic peak; dark matter must be real, parity-neutral matter — and therefore necessarily self-interacting through the measured residual: SIDM (core–cusp) as structure, not tuning.
the hierarchy's rate-half is one number
Q — the vacuum's quality factor. Measured knee ⇒ hierarchy becomes an output. (The mass-scale half remains open, said plainly.)
frozen mass ratios under drift
From the measured conformal weight (everything ∝ k⁻²): a uniform substrate drift moves α and leaves μ = mp/me frozen — d ln μ/d ln α = 0, where GUT frameworks predict ~40. One future drift detection separates the families.

What it says about the matter we are made of.
The proton (charge e, mass 1836 me) must be 99.95% charge-neutral consumption — and QCD independently assigns ~99% of nucleon mass to binding energy: a shape-level agreement the theory did not tune for. The neutron gravitates identically and touches electromagnetism only through the measured residual. The n–p mass split reproduces the standard tension (charge adds cost; the matter sector must overcompensate, as md > mu does). Charge quantization is not delivered — the honest gap that marks where the missing matter sector begins.
