The theory's missing sectors owe three numbers, fixed in advance by data or structure — pay them or die of arithmetic: Δβ = +0.5000 ± 0.0001 (the tensor junction, from Mercury + LLR); 3.604 (the matter sector's charge normalization, from S/α⁻¹); d ln μ/d ln α = 0 (any future constant-drift detection, from the conformal weight — where GUT frameworks owe ~40).
