## The observations on the table
- PLANETARY SYSTEMS: coherent prograde orbits — angular momentum
  inherited from the collapsing disk. Standard, uncontroversial.
- GALAXY SPIN PARITY: a live controversy — repeated claims
  (Longo 2011; Shamir 2012-2025, including JWST deep-field counts of
  ~2:1 spin-direction asymmetry) of a cosmic handedness dipole,
  against counter-analyses attributing the signal to human/algorithmic
  annotation bias and small samples. Consensus: isotropy; the claims
  persist.
- SPIN-FILAMENT ALIGNMENTS (established): low-mass spirals parallel to
  cosmic-web filaments, massive galaxies perpendicular — tidal-torque
  physics.

## What the audited vacuum says — three structural facts
1. SYMMETRIC ROTATION IS FREE. A rigidly rotating axisymmetric body
   has dT00/dt = 0: it is a DARK STATE of the audit — no cost, no
   friction, no preference, regardless of direction. The vacuum does
   not know clockwise from counterclockwise; it only knows "changing"
   from "steady". Only ASYMMETRIC rotators (binaries, lopsided disks)
   pay the Lorentzian friction — and that friction is EVEN in Omega:
   both directions cost identically.
2. THE VACUUM BREAKS T, NOT P. The monitor's Lindblad structure has an
   arrow (measurement is irreversible: time-reversal is broken — that
   is what the knee measures) but is parity-even: no term in the
   axioms distinguishes left from right. The two discrete symmetries
   are tested by DIFFERENT observables: the knee tests T; galaxy spins
   test P.
3. PLANETARY DYNAMICS INHERITS CLEANLY: at planetary frequencies the
   friction suppression (Omega/gamma)^2 < 1e-38 — no anomalous
   torques, no secular spin-down, consistent with ephemerides and LLR
   (already bounded, n86).

## PREDICTION 15 (new, falsifiable): the sky has no handedness
The audited vacuum is achiral. Therefore: every claimed cosmic
spin-parity dipole (Shamir-class, JWST counts included) will dissolve
under bias-free reanalysis — galaxy spin directions are globally
isotropic, and any alignment signal is environmental (tidal torque),
never cosmic-chiral. KILL: a confirmed, annotation-bias-free,
high-significance cosmic handedness dipole — the achiral audit has no
mechanism for it, and adding one (a P-odd Lindblad term) would be
surgery on the axiom itself. Same stance family as the alpha/G bets:
the framework wagers "systematics" on a live controversy.

## The retroactive witness: headstone 18 changes sides
The old drainage-wake prediction — galaxy lopsidedness aligned with
absolute motion — was killed by our own pre-registered pilot (50.5%,
a coin flip, on 111 WALLABY galaxies; headstone 18). Under the audited
vacuum, that null is not a failure but a CONFIRMATION: a parity-blind,
motion-averaged audit demands exactly the isotropy the pilot measured.
The first measurement this program ever made against the sky was
evidence for the theory it took two more years to find.

## Honesty line
The theory is silent on WHY spins align with filaments (no structure-
formation sector — declared) and on the origin of angular momentum
(initial conditions). Its contribution is the null structure: which
rotational observables can carry vacuum physics (asymmetric, modulated
ones: binaries, mergers, lopsided disks — the f^2 ranking) and which
cannot (direction counts, symmetric spins). No knee, no house — as
ever.
