# n79 — new predictions from the post-assault parameters (2026-07-09)

The new objects: the vacuum's Q = kappa/|Delta| (the lock), the
staggered-matter doctrine A-EM (from the assault's vector 3), and the
single units ratio left standing by the F1 amendment.

## N1 — THE HIERARCHY PROBLEM IS THE VACUUM'S OVERDAMPING
The lock reads gamma_knee / Omega_grav = kappa/|Delta| = Q. The fast
audit (n62, pulsars) forces Q huge; gravity's strength carries the
suppression |Delta|/kappa. So the framework asserts: GRAVITY IS WEAK
BECAUSE THE MONITOR IS OVERDAMPED — the 10^36-38 hierarchy between
gravity and electromagnetism is not a mystery of couplings but ONE
ratio of the vacuum's internal rates (its detuning to its damping).
Falsifiable tie: any measured knee determines Q; through the
consistency relation, Q must REPRODUCE the known hierarchy. The
hierarchy stops being an input the day the knee is found.

## N2 — CLOSING F1'S GAP WITH THE EM SECTOR (roadmap-grade)
n78 left the knee -> G extraction one units-ratio short. But the EM
reading supplies the missing anchor: alpha fixes the substrate
normalization (e^2 = 1/S), and matter's consumption-per-mass is the
same lambda in both sectors (one substrate, one matter). Under that
single declared assumption, alpha + a measured knee OVER-determine
(g, kappa, Delta) — and the zero-freedom G prediction is RECOVERED,
now resting on the EM sector rather than on optimism. Registered as
the framework's units bridge: the day both alpha-anchoring and the
knee exist, F1 returns to full strength or the framework dies of
arithmetic.

## N3 — FAMILIES COME IN POWERS OF TWO
The staggered-matter doctrine (A-EM) is not free: staggered fermions
carry taste multiplicity — a fixed small power of 2 set by the
substrate dimension (Kogut-Susskind). The framework therefore predicts
the number of light fermion species is a POWER OF TWO. Nature shows
three generations: either a FOURTH (necessarily weakly-coupled/sterile
somewhere) partner exists — sterile-neutrino territory — or the
generations are not substrate tastes and A-EM dies. A doctrine that
was forced on us by a kill attempt now owns a stake in sterile-
neutrino searches. Kill: definitive exclusion of any fourth light
species AND proof that generations must be substrate tastes under
A-EM (the second half is theory work, owed).

## N4 — flagged, qualitative: gravity dims where the audit is impaired
If monitoring maintains attraction (n73-74), regions where the monitor
sector is saturated or disrupted (extreme charge-vacuum stress —
magnetar-class fields, the EM sector's own exhaustion cores) should
show WEAKENED effective G. No coefficient without the pump; recorded
as the active vacuum's most exotic qualitative signature.

## Honesty line
N1 is a structural identity of the surviving medium; N2 is a roadmap
resting on one named assumption (shared substrate normalization); N3
is a doctrine's forced consequence with its tension stated (4 vs 3);
N4 is flagged. All four inherit the existence gate: no knee, no house.
