# n77 — predictions from the living parameters (2026-07-09)

The survivors: the active monitored medium (g, Delta < 0, kappa), the
EM sector's measured dressed stiffness S(q), the knee, and the
quantum-redshift theorem. Five predictions, ranked by sharpness.

## P-I — THE VACUUM'S Q: weigh Newton's constant in a decoherence lab
Gravity's strength and the audit rate share the same g^2:
  Omega_grav = g^2 |Delta| / (Delta^2 + kappa^2/4)
  gamma_audit = g^2 kappa / (Delta^2 + kappa^2/4)
  => gamma_knee / G_strength = kappa / |Delta|   [verified across the
  parameter space to four digits — one dimensionless lock]
CONSEQUENCE: the knee experiment is upgraded from detection to
SPECTROSCOPY. Two laboratory numbers — the knee frequency and the
saturated decoherence rate — determine (g^2, kappa, Delta) and hence
PREDICT the strength of gravity with no further input. A decoherence
lab that finds the knee can compute G before ever weighing anything;
agreement or disagreement with Cavendish is then a zero-freedom test
of the entire framework.

## P-II — the two-sided anti-DP discriminator
At rest: zero (measured through 18 orders, floor-free even in the
active branch — n75). Above the knee: the saturated rate EXCEEDS the
naive gravitational-decoherence scale by the same factor kappa/|Delta|
(the vacuum's Q). Diosi-Penrose predicts a rest floor and nothing
special at high frequency; this framework predicts the exact mirror:
nothing at rest, MORE than DP-scale above the knee. No overlap between
the two signatures at any frequency: one sweep kills one of them.

## P-III — charge screening, direction already measured
Under the EM reading, e^2 = 1/S(q). Measured (n46b): S grows toward
the infrared (200.16 -> 201.97 -> 202.44), so the effective charge
WEAKENS at long distance — vacuum screening, the same direction as
QED's beta function. A random medium could have anti-screened. The
direction was sitting in our data before the reinterpretation existed;
the quantitative running-shape comparison with QED is registered as
the EM sector's next gate.

## P-IV — the pump correlation (qualitative, flagged)
The inversion is maintained by the pump; the pump is also where Lambda
hides (n74) and what thermal load degrades. If the pump has dynamics
on cosmological timescales, G-drift and dark-energy evolution are
CORRELATED: any measured w(z) deviation from -1 should co-vary with
Gdot/G at lunar-laser-ranging sensitivity. No other framework ties
those two datasets. Registered qualitative; the pump's microphysics
(the last organ) decides the coefficient.

## P-V — redshift is quantum (interpretive discriminator)
Phase clocks (all real precision clocks) redshift linearly and
universally; strictly classical drift rates see only tides (theorem,
0.00%). Consistent with every existing measurement; different in
principle from GR, where time itself dilates. If a purely classical
rate meter could ever be built at redshift-relevant precision, the
two frameworks part ways there — recorded as the framework's deepest
interpretive divergence.

## Status
P-I and P-II are exact structural relations of the surviving medium
(verified numerically); P-III's direction is already measured; P-IV
and P-V are registered with their honesty grades. All five funnel
toward the same instruments: a frequency-swept decoherence experiment
and the tensor junction's formal completion.
