## The attack
n71 located the arrhythmia: clocks not wired to the potential. The
kill: prove the wiring IMPOSSIBLE. The bath couples only through edge
differences (B), so every induced term in the clock rate is built from
gradients of eps — the Lamb shift contributes 2 Omega eta^2 (L eps)_i,
never bare eps. Classical drift clocks can only see THE SOURCE
(tidal), never the potential. The dichotomy's ghost, alive in the
year-1 medium.

## The theorem, measured
K1: the classical rate profile tracks L*eps at fracRMS = 0.00%
(machine-exact) and eps at 14.67%. CONFIRMED: gradient-coupled baths
give tidal-only classical clocks. As a kill of classical-clock
redshift, the blade lands completely.

## The escape, measured
The multiplicative matter-field coupling (1 + lam h) eps puts the
interaction energy lam h_t eps_ss(x) DIRECTLY in the Hamiltonian —
n33's measured U. A QUANTUM clock beats at omega = E/hbar (standard
QM: stationary-phase evolution; legitimately energy this time, not an
information cost — the n53 sin is not repeated: E here is a Hamiltonian
eigen-energy). Measured, full model, attractive branch:
- LINEAR + LONG-RANGE: U(x) tracks eps_ss at 2.32% across the ring.
- UNIVERSAL: U/h_t identical to all printed digits for h_t and h_t/2 —
  the fractional phase shift is a property of place.
- PAIRED: U < 0 at the mass — the phase slows in the well, in the same
  branch that attracts. General relativity's signature, complete.

## The standing statement of the last door after n72
In the monitored-bath medium: attraction (n33), a local long-range
potential field (eps), and a linear, universal, correctly-paired
gravitational redshift FOR QUANTUM PHASE CLOCKS — with a theorem that
classical drift rates see only tides. Interpretive prediction recorded:
in this framework redshift is intrinsically quantum — matter waves
read the potential, classical dynamical rates read its Laplacian. (All
real precision clocks are quantum phase clocks; COW-type experiments
are exactly phase measurements — the framework agrees with every
existing test and differs only for a hypothetical strictly-classical
clock.)

## Wounds still open, named
- Delta sign-ownership (the one dial; buys attraction + pairing
  together).
- No tensor/TT structure yet: this is the scalar sector of year 1's
