# n198 — The tenth critique, triaged: branding narrowed, the transport debt named

**Date:** 2026-07-11 · Most of the tenth inspection restates accepted positions (rotating-frame ≠ inverted vacuum; two modes ≠ GR; no absolute target armed; Λ = sign analogy; Q rewrites the hierarchy; the anchor is external). New items, all applied same-day:

1. **"One principle" narrowed** — the critique is right that no uniqueness theorem exists: the homepage title drops "one axiom" (→ "one organizing principle"), "complete statement" → "current statement", and the information metric is now labeled *a declared choice* (concavity excludes energy; no uniqueness among positive functionals is claimed — matching what the manuscript already said).
2. **Paper I retitled** — "Newtonian attraction from…" → "A long-range Coulomb-class force from…", with the scope sentence promoted into the abstract: the constructed sector is bipartite and two-signed; universal attraction belongs to the separate monitored-mediator sector, not constructed there. The conflation the title invited is removed at the source. PDF rebuilt.
3. **The transport debt, named** (the genuinely new physics point): the two charge signs are sublattice parity, so a *moving* particle must keep its charge across a one-site translation — the two-site primitive-cell question. No matter sector exists to answer it; filed with the α/beta-function debt on the status page. The electromagnetic reading now carries three named debts: normalization, running, transport.
4. **Freeze desync** — footers bumped to v0.7.1 · n41–n197 (the release stamp had lagged the journal by three notes).

Cached-read items (already fixed before this critique): the categorical GR/collapse sentence, papers-page title, "decides" → "discriminates".

**Class: editorial + one named debt; no claims advanced.**
