**Date:** 2026-07-11 · **Source:** Codex (independent reviewer), full-theory destruction attempt against code and observations. **Verdict quoted:** "does not currently survive as a physical theory of electromagnetism, gravity, cosmology, or matter… does survive as a collection of interesting finite monitored-lattice models."

Triage: **accepted** unless marked otherwise. Same-day repairs applied where the finding was a checkable fact.

1. **Gate verdict (§1) — CONFIRMED INDEPENDENTLY.** Codex reviewed n180 and called GATE_FAILED; the strict gate execution (n181: four rows exact, conserved histories, machine-precision invariance, zero free choices) reached the same verdict on the frozen interval (g = 3.5×10⁻³ / 1.9×10⁻²).
