## PREDICTION 31 — the momentum channel and the single knee
The four-budget monitor (n164-166) watches momentum violations too.
A1 (the form, [B] via the covariant weighting): differential
MOMENTUM modulation enters the bridge as P_p = c |dp_diff/dt| - so
at equal mechanical effort the momentum channel beats the energy
channel by (c/v)^2. THE DESIGN INVERSION: 3 pN of branch-
differential force = the milliwatt equivalent (Gamma ~ 0.1/s) -
trapped-ion and optomechanics territory today; the Auditometer no
longer requires XFEL heroics.
A2 (the co-location): both channels share ONE knee at gamma - the
Lorentzian measured in both must break at the same frequency.
KILLS: a split knee (kills the one-monitor axiom); absence of the
momentum channel at the covariant strength (kills the four-budget
weighting); survival checks already passed: ion cats (15 orders of
margin - state-dependent kicks are exactly the configuration),
classically driven nanoparticles (branch-common = dark).

## PREDICTION 32 — the census nulls
B1: persistent supercurrents are stationary, divergence-free,
audit-dark: NO vacuum-origin flux-noise floor in SQUIDs/flux qubits,
at any future precision. Discriminates against mass-density collapse
models (CSL-class), which decohere current superpositions.
B2: inertial motion is exactly dark: vacuum decoherence couples to
MODULATION only, never to uniform velocity. Kill: any confirmed
v-dependent vacuum decoherence at constant v.
Both pass the six gates; both carry decades of retrodictive passes
(flux-qubit coherence; every matter-wave experiment on moving beams).

## The registry after the first full harvest pass
30 -> 32 standing. The program has now: killed one candidate at the
gates and minted a better prediction from the corpse (n171), revised
nothing, and registered three entries with retrodictive passes
already in hand. Queue: F1 (the minimum Alice abundance - needs the
surgery-rate estimate), then C1/E as their sectors mature.
