ACCEPTED AND APPLIED, same day:
1. THE FACTOR 1000: 1/gamma = 0.18 attosecond, not 175. Fixed in
   n108 and on the front page. With the corrected gamma the
   sun-per-kilogram headline is consistent (0.92 L_sun at Earth's
   surface). The two numbers could not both have been true; now one
   is corrected and the other verified.
2. P = m c^2 |Phi| gamma relabeled a CONDITIONAL ENERGETIC ESTIMATE;
   the derived object would be Tr[H L_pump(rho_ss)] with an explicit
   pump model - underived, said so.
3. Phi notation fixed (dimensionless, phi_N/c^2) across the entry.
4. THE BUTTON: n108 now states it prices the bill of an operation
   assumed to exist; the six unconstructed items are listed
   (the Delta-flipping observable, localization, interface physics,
   re-pumping protection, universality).
5. The idle-cost tension resolved by explicit four-way distinction
   (homogeneous idle = Gaussian zero; local flip work = Delta-H;
   interface holding power = the estimate; return = refund).

RETAINED WITH CREDIT: the critique confirms the note's core -
|Delta-H| = |Delta-U|, the machine is a battery, never a source -
as the right refusal. That was always the point of n108.
