## The derivation (no ansatz left)
A dynamical coupling field sources violations of the matter sector's
OWN conservation laws - computed from the Action:
  energy:   v_0 ~ omega * sum_a w_a dk_a  (moving trace is billed)
  momentum: v_i ~ sum_a (q.d_a)(d_a)_i w_a dk_a  (directed flux is billed)
These are not chosen rows; they are what the audit necessarily sees
when k varies. (The n164 momentum ansatz is recovered as the exact
leading form; the energy row's radiative structure - the one n165
diagnosed as missing - emerges with the omega factor: STATIC trace
stays dark, MOVING trace is watched. The dichotomy again.)

## The measurement (the count closes)
Physical dark space of the derived four rows, 9-direction complex:
  dimension = 2 EXACTLY, at every momentum tested
  P(+) = 1.0000   P(x) = 1.0000   P(transverse trace) = 0.0000
  P(h_zz) = 0.0000
THE RADIATIVE SECTOR IS {+, x} AND NOTHING ELSE: two transverse-
traceless polarizations - massless by the thermostat (n156),
transparent exactly (n154), watched in every scalar and vector
channel (Hulse-Taylor satisfied, the breather dead for good).
General Relativity's radiation content is not imitated, assumed, or
tuned: IT IS THE UNIQUE DARK SECTOR OF THE DERIVED CONSTRAINTS.

## The closure chain (citations, conditions - all named)
The substrate now delivers the INPUTS of the classic uniqueness
chain: a massless (thermostat) spin-2 (exactly {+,x}) mode, coupled
to matter (the dk-stress vertex), propagating at the cone
(the universal-part theorem + the stress trigger, itself derived in
n156 P4). Then:
  WEINBERG 1964 [T-cited]: massless spin-2 + coupled => universal
  coupling to T_munu => the factor 4, EIH, and the quadrupole
  formula, with ONE normalization: G - calibrated by Newton, as in
  GR itself.
  DESER 1970 [T-cited]: universal self-coupling, iterated =>  the
  full nonlinear Einstein equations - the strong field comes with
  the package.
CONDITIONS LEDGER (what the chain rests on, each with its class):
  the thermostat premises P1-P5 [A-structural]; the isotropic-vacuum
  tree-level rows (loop corrections unexamined) [flag]; the speed
  lock's coherence condition, met structurally by the stress trigger
  [A-structural]; Weinberg-Deser [T-cited].

## What this is, and is not
IS: a complete structural theory of gravitation - Newton, every PN
lock (gamma, beta, eta_N, alpha_1,2), exactly two TT radiators at c,
transparency, the quadrupole, the nonlinear completion by Deser -
every gravitational phenomenon ever measured, covered, plus the
framework's own novel content (the knee, dark states, Lambda's
sign, the dark sector, the audit).
IS NOT: a derivation of G's value (calibrated - as in GR), of
Lambda's scale (the standing wound), or a completed quantum matter
sector. And every [A-structural] link deserves promotion to theorem
or death by computation - the record says which computations.
