## Retired / superseded
- c_drag (0.02, toy): RETIRED — the bridge closed as a LAW (n128):
  Gamma = 0.48 Q (G/c^5) P^2/(hbar gamma) L(omega). Class B.
- The cubic-layer numbers (+542.8 slope, +232 bill): dead with
  headstone 29; derivative-layer values stand (+2.163, +1315).
- eta_o^2 = 1.1471 target: VOID (headstone 32); alpha^-1 = S_inf/pi
  = 157.19(10) recorded unexplained; the 3.604-class debt reopened.

## Refined in place
- Q: from ">> 1" to 4.2e42 (electron anchor) / 1.2e36 (proton);
  four jobs (weakness, CPS, frame-blindness, knee) — overconstrained.
- xi: 0.2312 in situ (derivative slope 2.163); THREE jobs (Mercury,
  Lambda's sign, forced marginality xi^2/E0 = 9.4).
- gamma window: frame-blindness robust across the ENTIRE window
  (alpha_2 safe by 30+ orders even at the pulsar floor); the mW
  target arms the anchor's kill.
- Delta < 0: now rests on attraction alone (the bill is
  branch-independent, n114).

## The consistency web (the refinement's sharpest output)
The same parameters now carry multiple independent jobs:
  xi:    Mercury's perihelion | Lambda's sign | graviton marginality
  Q:     gravity's weakness | CPS filter | frame-blindness | the knee
  gamma: the knee | the bridge rate | frame margins | m_DM (anchor)
  S_inf: EM statics | the alpha orphan (157.19)
CONSEQUENCE: one measured knee pins gamma -> Q -> the absolute rate
-> m_DM in a single stroke. Four sectors stand or fall together.
The theory can no longer be adjusted one sector at a time — the
refinement pass's conclusion is that it has become RIGID: every
remaining freedom is shared, and every experiment that touches one
parameter now audits several. That rigidity, not any single number,
is what this pass hardened.
