## T1 PASS — METRIC INERTIA IS INDUCED, NOT POSTULATED
The matter bubble's frequency dependence is nonzero:
dPi/d(omega^2) = +0.017 (shear channel, Euclidean, lattice-exact).
The organ n140 said LIGO forces ("the couplings must carry
second-order dynamics") does not need to be postulated: MATTER LOOPS
GIVE THE METRIC ITS INERTIA. One postulate candidate, retired before
it was ever adopted. The dynamical metric is induced physics.

## T3 — the n140 curse inverted (recorded)
The TT pair weight's zero at the cone ((omega-cq)^2.7) means the
collective metric mode CANNOT decay into pairs on the cone:
Im Pi(cone) = 0. The same fact that forbade a free-pair graviton
PROTECTS the collective one: zero decay width on shell.

## T2 FAILED AS COMPUTED — and the diagnosis is structural
The raw induced action is NOT Lorentz-formed: the shear ratio
[dPi/dq^2]/[dPi/dOm^2] = -8.9 (Euclidean; density control 0.29;
invariance spread on the Euclidean circle 13.9%). Diagnosis: the
shear vertex (~k^2) weights ZONE-EDGE pairs — the raw bubble is
dominated by lattice-scale physics, which is anisotropic and
non-Lorentz by construction. Those UV pieces belong to the BARE side
of n145's cancellation; the Lorentz form can only live in the
SUBTRACTED, universal IR part (in 2+1D: the non-analytic
(Om^2 + c^2 q^2)^{3/2}-type terms).
THE NEXT WALL, NAMED: extract the non-analytic IR part of the
induced shear action and test ITS Lorentz form. If it is Lorentz:
c_g = c and the speed lock closes. If it is not: GW170817 executes
the sandpile graviton, and the concession stands ready. Numerically
delicate (subtractions on lattice sums); analytically standard
(the continuum massless bubble); the honest state is: the speed
lock is NOT automatic and is now the campaign's single live risk.
