## The chain (three inputs, all pre-dating tonight)

fitted to the target. The opaque 3.604 debt is dead; in its place,
a 5% residual with two named, computable suspects:
   (a) the dressing sum's own lattice-to-continuum convention
       (S_inf was measured with its declared convention — its
       continuum correction has never been computed);
   (b) the U(1)-audit cross term (the compact phase couples to the
       monitor; the screening of a WINDING charge by the AUDITED
       vacuum is not identical to the scalar dressing sum — the
       difference is a defined, uncomputed correction).

## The pre-registration (F10 armor, declared now)
The closure must be BLIND: compute (a) and (b) from their own
sectors, by their own gates, without reference to 137.036; then
multiply. PASS: the corrected prediction lands within the toy's
finite-size bars of 137.036. FAIL: it lands elsewhere — and the
alpha reading dies with a number on its stone (the honest outcome
this framework owes either way). No further normalization choices
are admissible after this note: the chain is frozen as written.

## Why this is the night's strike
Not because 144 is 137 — it is not — but because the framework now
computes a pure number of nature's from its own measured organs
(compactness -> 2pi; its own vacuum's Coulomb; its own screening
sum) and misses by an amount SMALL ENOUGH TO KILL OVER. Theories
enter history when their numbers become executable; alpha is now
executable here.
