## ARCHITECTURE (what the two years left standing)
One framework, three sectors, two toys not yet unified:
- EM SECTOR (the drainage ring, info-metric): the staggered field is
  emergent electrostatics. Sign rule measured; gauge invariance =
  Theorem 1; charge superselection derived from the audit; neutral
  residual r^-3.5; coupling 1/S with QED-direction screening measured.
- GRAVITY SECTOR (the monitored clock medium, ACTIVE branch): stable;
  attraction + GR sign pairing + quantum-phase redshift (linear,
  universal, 2.32%) measured; floor-free (Caves zero); classical
  rates see tides only (theorem, 0.00%).
- QUANTUM SIGNATURE (the knee): motion-gated decoherence, exact
  Lorentzian, no rest floor — THE EXISTENCE GATE: a flat null kills
  everything (n78 concession).

## PARAMETERS — what lives, sector by sector (post-n80; the n64 card
## was drainage-era and partially dissolved)
EM sector:
- S(q) [1/e^2]: measured 202.4 (2D), 493.4 (3D) lattice units;
  alpha^-1 ballpark {493-6201} vs 137 (characterization).
- l_s (substrate): < ~5 um from short-range gravity via the
  alternation profile; pushed deep-UV by Lorentz tests.
- Exhaustion scale: now CHARGE-sector physics (the NS-cap prediction
  was orphaned by the reinterpretation).
Gravity sector (g, Delta < 0, kappa, lambda, eta):
- The lock: gamma_knee/Omega_grav = kappa/|Delta| = Q (exact, verified
  4 digits). Q addresses the RATE half of the hierarchy (amended n80).
- Floors on gamma: pulsar-friction only [coupling-conditional]; the
  COW floor was drainage-specific and does NOT transfer. Ceiling:
  none firm post-dissolution. RE-DERIVATION OF THE CARD OWED for the
  active medium.
- Delta < 0: the active vacuum — motivated by measurement
  thermodynamics (a demon needs a battery); stable; unbilled at
  Gaussian order (P = 0.000 measured, escaping the 120-orders trap).
Cross-sector:
- a (audit state-dependence): |a| < 5.8e-6 (Cassini) — survives, the
  formula gamma = (1-2a)/(1+2a) now reads on the audit sector.
- The units ratio: ONE unknown left by n78; closable via the EM
  anchor IF the one-substrate junction exists (n81).

## THE ORGANS STILL TO BUILD (each with its watchers)
1. n81 THE ONE-SUBSTRATE JUNCTION (the last constructive gate): both
   sectors on one lattice; kill channel = sector interference (audit
   vs mediator, bath vs Gauss, staggering vs Delta). Everything
   unified passes through here.
2. THE TENSOR JUNCTION (formal): year 1's chain (TT -> unimodular ->
   Bianchi -> Einstein). Five experiments watch it: Mercury (beta),
   LARES (g_0i), pulsar quadrupole, Cassini optics, Lorentz.
3. THE PUMP (microphysics of the inversion): carries the sign's
   ownership, Lambda, the floor question, and F8's coefficient.

## THE LEDGER
- 27 headstones (three carved this audit: 25 confinement, 26
  passivity, 27 taste-families — the last at one day old).
- Predictions: 13 on the page + the forecast ledger (9, F1 amended to
  the existence-gate + one-unknown relation, F8 re-graded direction).
- Strongest standing claims: the dichotomy theorem (narrowed, proven);
  attraction from the information metric (EM-sign now); inertia =
  gap-weighted fidelity metric (k^-5/2); gamma = (1-2a)/(1+2a);
  charge superselection from the audit; redshift-is-quantum;
  the hierarchy's rate-half as the vacuum's Q.
- The manuscript (papers/monitored-vacuum-gamma.tex, 5pp) PREDATES the
  reinterpretation arc: REFRAMING REQUIRED before submission (the
  gamma formula survives; its referent moved to the audit sector).
- Prior-art position: gamma-from-rate-scaling virgin (Dec 2025
  neighbor, window closing); the EM-reading conjunction unswept — a
  sweep is owed before any EM-sector claim ships.

## THE SINGLE SENTENCE
Two years and twenty-seven graves reduced "what is gravity?" to: a
vacuum that audits its ledger (the knee is the proof it exists), pays
for the audit (the pump is Lambda), lets matter-wave phases read the
bill (redshift), and runs its books so overdamped that gravity is
weak (the Q) — with electromagnetism as the audited sector itself,
and one lattice experiment (n81) standing between the two halves and
one framework.
